Who we are
The Science Communication 360° Conference is a joint event organized by Charles University, the Czech Academy of Sciences, and the SciComHub association. The conference aims to create an inspiring space for meeting, sharing knowledge, and connecting key players in science communication.

Cloudflare Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and processes only the technical data necessary for security verification (e.g., IP address, browser type).

Contact Form

By submitting the registration form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes stated above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the conference organizers.

Who We Share Your Data With
Our plugins send requests to third-party APIs through the visitor’s web browser to load information. Such requests may include the visitor’s IP address, which can be seen by the third party providing the requested data. These API requests do not include any personal data other than the IP address.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact Form: Data sent via the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to respond to your message and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 1 year after the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for legitimate reasons (e.g., complaint resolution).
Registration Form: Data collected through the registration form are kept for the duration of your registration or until you request their deletion, unless we are required to retain them for another lawful reason (e.g., legal obligations). After cancellation or deletion requests, data are generally erased within 30 days.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You may request that we erase all personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for legal or security purposes.
